I work at one of the big box retail stores and we have a difficult time finding good people to fill our jobs. Prospects show up for interviews completely unprepared, late, poorly dressed......it's like half of them don't want to get a job.

So when do you stop paying the long term benefits? When the unemployment rate hits 6.5%? 6.0%? 5%? No matter when you pull it back to the pre-recession program, a lot of people will be cut off.
